November Kitchen Towels

Unlike usual- the kit for these towels was out of stock within a couple hours. I purchased the download for the files/pattern but have not received it. I don't get any of the files that are thru Shopify. The only way to get them is to contact customer service and get them emailed to be after-the-fact that they should have been available. It makes me sad! I've not gotten emails about downloads for more than a year! So- I'm not able to review this project as I've not received any of it!

Tracy, we are so sorry that you have had trouble finding your designs. They were emailed to you but there was a little delay. Usually downloads purchased on our webiste are automatically emailed immediately, but some email programs send them to spam. We are re-sending to you today.
