What's the BUZZ? Come to our NEW Girlfriend GALAS events! What are GALAS you ask?? GALAS are "Girlfriends Always Learning And Sewing"! This is our very first in-person sew along with some of the MGQS team!
Registration starts at 3:00 pm on first day and you will be set to start sewing until 11:00 PM. The next two days enjoy open sew from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with mini classes throughout the day. The last day starts at 7:00 AM and goes until 3:00 PM. That's right! It's YOUR schedule! This is all about YOU and your sewing!
Come get away from the chaos and interruptions of every day life...bring those UFOs, start a new project, and be inspired by mini classes and other Girlfriends and Guyfriends from all over!
These GALAS will be held four times a year. Each event has room for 50 guests. So don't hesitate to book your reservation now for any one of the 4 GALAS! There isn't a bad time to visit beautiful Cache Valley! Register for one, or all four, if you desire! Bring a friend or come make a new one! Each event throughout the year will be the same mini classes and activities. There will be new Girlfriends and what you work on is up to you!
Machines will be provided or you can bring your own! Each guest will have their own 6-foot table with plenty of room to work! Forget something, or looking for a new project? Our store will be open and available to purchase items, and we will even have a special after hours shopping night! We will provide pressing stations and cutting stations.
You will receive:
- Small swag bag at the event which includes an exclusive pair of MGQS lounge pants (with pockets!) that you can wear during our pajama and pizza party!
- Exclusive MGQS theme based project. It will BEE so cute!
- Three lunches and a pizza/pajama party one night.
- We will have opportunities to win PRIZES!
- and of course we will have SNACKS or you can bring your own.

Specs:
- $50 non-refundable deposit.
- No refunds 3 weeks before event.
- 50% refund 3-6 weeks before event.
- Event is transferable to another guest. You may find another person to take you spot. After arranging please contact Customer Care at .
- If you need to cancel, the fee (less the deposit) will be returned to the original form of payment. If you choose to transfer to a different date you will need to purchase a new event.
- If you book a hotel using the My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe's block of rooms at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and need to cancel within 48 hours of the event, you will be charged one night's rate plus tax.
- A survey will be sent out prior to the event requesting information.
- Please note: No dietary accommodations will be available on snacks, lunches or the pizza dinner provided.
