Turn Your Typography Cross-Stitch Into a Clipboard Cutie!

We've provided all the measurements and steps you need to turn your designs into adorable clipboard-ready decorations.
YOU WILL NEED:- 6” x 9” clipboard
- 5” medium ric rac
- (1) fat sixteenth fabric (9” x 11”)
- Ribbon(s)
- Cardboard + 505 spray adhesive OR sticky mounting board
- Finishing tape
- Hot glue
- Finished typography cross-stitch
- Trim cross-stitch to measure approximately 7” x 7”.
- Cut fabric to measure 7” x 9”.
- Cut a piece of cardboard or sticky mounting board to (1) 4.5” x 4.5” square and (1) 5” x 7” rectangle.
- Peel the sticky cover off of the mounting board OR lightly spray a piece of cardboard and wrap the cross-stitch around the top of the board. Wrap around til tight. Use finishing tape on the back of the board and stick.
- Attach with medium ric rac along the bottom of the cross-stitch board with hot glue. Set aside.
- Repeat the same instructions from step 1 for the 2nd background board and fabric.
- 4. Place the cross-stitch board on the lower third of the fabric-covered backing board. Hot glue in place.
- Place underneath the clip. Hot glue ribbon(s) in place at the top.
